Apart from a few afternoon showers mostly over England, the day will be dry and bright with the best of the sunshine over Southern Ireland and southwest England. Over northwest Scotland and Ireland expect some thick cloud maybe with some light rain over the Hebrides later in the evening. Maximum temperatures at 16C in north, but 18C in south.

Saturday Night
Any shower over England soon clearing through the early evening, with a dry night to follow. Chance for some light rain over Hebrides and the Northwest Highlands. Minimum temperatures at 8-10C for most areas.

Sunday
A mostly dry and bright day with the best of the sunshine over England. Once more expect some thick cloud over northwest Scotland and northwest Ireland with some light rain or drizzle mostly over Hebrides and the Northwest Highlands, perhaps over Northern Ireland too. Breezy in northwest, with maximum temperatures at 15-17C in north, but up to 20C in south.

Monday
High pressure will remain close to the British Isles with mostly dry and bright conditions and a lot of sunny spells, the best of these in south. Later in the day over the northwest expect a band of light rain to move eastwards over Scotland and Ireland, but drying out once it moves over northern England. Occasional light showers are possible elsewhere in the afternoon. Tops of 16-18C over most parts, reaching 20C over the southeast, but up in the Northwest cooler with 14C as a maximum.
