Hot Mediterranean, some showers in central areas


Tuesday
A sunny, hot day to come across Portugal and Spain. A fine summer's day into the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia, Italy, Greece and Turkey. Apart from a late shower, most of France will be sunny, warm and dry. Scattered showers will affect parts of England, Belgium, The Netherland, Denmark and Germany. Dry across Poland except for a few showers along the north coast. Heavy showers and thunderstorms will affect The Alps, Austria and Slovenia. Most of the Adriatic Region should be warm and dry apart from a few well scattered, late showers. Heavier rain and showers are forecast across Bulgaria and Romania. Warm and dry across The Ukraine into southern Russia. Lots of showers across northern Russia, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. A number of heavy showers to affect the Baltic States and Belarus but expect lots of dry weatheras well.


Wednesday
A hot day to come across Iberia on Wednesday, good spells of sunshine but some showers developing in the north later. The Balearics and Italy should be fine with plenty of sunshine throughout and it will be staying fine for Greece and Turkey too.
An odd thundery showers in western France but generally dry with more sunshine here. Dry too in the Low Countries and Germany. Decent spells of sunshine and feeling warm, although an afternoon thunderstorm in central Germany. Poland and Hungary look fair too with some sunny spells, although thunderstorms form in the mountains of Switzerland and Austria.
Fair for Denmark with sunny spells and warm too. Showers affecting the south of Sweden with further showers in the Baltic States. heavier showers and some rain in Finland and northern Sweden but dry to the south. Dry and bright through Sweden with some reasonable spells of sunshine here.
