Morning Call - April 13, 2018
Dull and damp north
A bit brighter south

Little wind for most; chilly easterlies Scotland

Good morning,

A very slack pressure pattern exists across central-southern Britain with quiet weather and little wind. Fairly cloudy, some areas of sunshine coming through, best in the south.

High pressure over Scandinavia produces an easterly wind for Scotland, where fronts bring outbreaks of rain, most persistent in the morning. Northern Ireland may see a little rain but likely fading.

Staying overcast and dull for much of northern Britain, although the fog may lift onto higher hills. Skies brightening compared to recent days in central England & Wales, but still a lot of cloud cover.

Today's top temperatures will reach 12 to 15C in brighter southern areas, nearer 8 to 10C in northern Britain, but only 5 or 6C in eastern Scotland.

Have a great day.
Garry
