Feeling humid, blustery winds

Good morning,

High pressure lies to the south of Britain, with a brisk south-westerly flow across the country. Slow moving fronts influence northern areas, bringing rain and drizzle.

Some patchy rain also extends across central & eastern England this morning, but will fade, leaving essentially dry conditions for the Midlands and south. Some sunshine breaking through and feeling humid.

Rain or drizzle will continue for western regions, particularly over the hills, heaviest for western Scotland. Small amounts of rain to the east of high ground in north-eastern Britain.

Today's temperatures will be 22 to 25C in the south, warmest in any sunshine toward the south-east. Nearer 15 to 19C in the west & north-west.

Have a great day.
