Morning Call - November 20, 2017
Misty, murky and mild
Windy with rain

Issued: 0530hrs Monday 20 November 2017
Duty forecaster: John Ejdowski

A change in the weather today with a strong, moist southwesterly wind bringing in much milder air to England and Wales. Still rather cold today across northern Scotland. A grey, cloudy day with fog in the west. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle will affect most areas. While this will be heavy in the morning across northern Britain, rainfall totals in the south will be very small. High temperatures will range from 7 to 14 Celsius north to south.

It's a windy evening and night to come with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Again the heaviest of the rain will be across Scotland and northern parts of England while the far south may be essentially dry. A mid night to come with minimum temperatures of 6 to 12 Celsius.

If you are heading abroad it's rather cold and unsettled across Europe with the sunniest, mildest weather across Spain and Portugal.
