Morning Call - September 11, 2017
Mostly cloudy, chilly
Showery

Issued: 0530hrs Monday 11 September 2017
Duty forecaster: John Ejdowski

The unsettled spell of weather we had over the weekend will continue today and for most of this upcoming week. Don't expect much in the way of sunshine today with lots of cloud and showers affecting many parts of Britain, some heavy. Fewer showers around for the afternoon with much of northern England and southern Scotland turning dry. Quite a windy day, making it feel quite chilly with below normal temperatures. Highs will range from 14 to 18 Celsius north to south.

It stays breezy through the evening and night. The cloud melts away from much of Britain as the showers become confined to western parts of Scotland, Wales and England. Expect minimum temperatures of 9 to 11 Celsius.

If you are heading abroad the best and the warmest of the weather will across Iberia and Turkey.
