Southern cloud
Sunshine to north

Issued: 0530hrs Thursday 2nd November 2017
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Cloudy south but much brighter to the north

Good morning,

A weak front across southern Ireland and southern parts of England and Wales will bring a cloudy start to this morning. Bits of drizzle over high ground and rather ,murky with mist around too in these areas. There's likely to be little change in the afternoon with the cloudier skies persisting.

It's a cooler start to the north with an early frost. A brighter day here though with some good spells of sunshine, these lasting for most of the day.

Overnight it is likely to gradually become cloudier. There could be a few spots of drizzle over high ground in the south, but most other places should be dry.
