Sunshine and Showers
Rather Cool

Issued: 0530hrs Wednesday 11th April 2018
Duty forecaster: Matthew Hugo

Sunshine and showers dominate through the course of Wednesday, especially across some northern and eastern areas.

Good morning,

It's a cool and showery start to Wednesday across more northern and eastern areas of England, while drier weather, with some brighter weather is in evidence further west. As the day progresses and showery conditions will continue across E England perhaps spreading inland to more central areas of England and Wales, while showers may also continue across E Scotland. Best of any drier and brighter weather in western areas.

Remaining rather showery into Wednesday night at the moment the showers 'hit and miss' and not everywhere seeing them but these may be most frequent, by this time, across parts of E Scotland, E England and perhaps some into Ireland as well. In-between the showers drier and clearer intervals, still breezy in the north and east, mild for most.
