Chance a local shower

Good morning,

Generally fair weather across the country today, with sunshine breaking through more then recent days for many.

Slack pressure influences the British Isles, resulting in light winds overall, although low pressure will encroach in from the Atlantic, strengthening a southerly wind across western areas.

Chance of a few local showers in the afternoon, mainly in central and southern areas, and perhaps some rain also grazing the south-east into evening and night. Local spotty showers may occur in northern Britain and Ireland.

Today's top temperatures reaching 13 to 16C widely, or 18C in the south-east.

Have a great day.
Garry
