Showers for Scotland

Sunday
Across western and central parts of Scotland expect good deal cloud and occasional showers. Some of these will become heavy through the day. Much of eastern Scotland should escape most of the showers with sunnier spells. A fair, dry day to come across England and Wales with good spells of sunshine and some occasional cloud coming and going. Expect maximums of 15 to 18 Celsius in the north and 19 to 22 Celsius in the south.


Sunday Night
In the evening an area of heavy showers affects northern parts of Scotland while another area of showers heads into Wales. Fine and dry across the rest of Britain with some late sunshine to end the day across central, southern and eastern parts of England. A mostly cloudy night to come with a few showers possible just about anywhere. Expect minimum temperatures of 12 to 15 Celsius.


Monday
Partly to mostly cloudy across Britain for the morning and the afternoon with some sunshine and a risk of scattered showers. Some areas will escape the showers with the south east and East Anglia most likely to remain dry. In the evening light rain spills in across Wales and north west England and this tends to turn a bit heavier as it spreads in across northern England and parts of Northern Ireland. Expect highs of tops of 16 to 20 Celsius.


Tuesday
A warmer day to come and it's going to remain unsettled. Across northern parts of England and Northern Ireland and area of light to moderate rain tends to linger for much of the day. Across Wales and the south showers are expected to develop but still some dry sunnier spells are likely. Much of Scotland looks to be dry through the day. Through the evening most of the rain and showers is expected to die away with most areas to have a dry night with clear spells. Expect highs of 17 to 23 Celsius.
