Saturday 4/11/17
A small area of low pressure and its associated fronts crossing central and southern England and Wales on Saturday. This brings cloud and rain, some of it heavy. The rain persisting through much of the day in southern and southeast England. Brighter, cooler and drier weather follows to the north and west with some showers in northern and western Scotland. Showers too in the north and west of Ireland. Highs at 8 to 11C.

Sunday 5/11/17
A ridge of high pressure builds through Ireland on Sunday with a north to northwesterly flow for most of the UK. This brings the risk of some showers around the coasts, mostly in the north and east but some through northern facing coasts of Cornwall and eastern Ireland. Drier elsewhere with good spells of sunshine. Feeling chilly for all. Highs near 7 to 11C.

Monday 6/11/17

Fronts pushing into western Ireland may bring strong winds and a risk of some patchy rain here, this edging into western Scotland later. Highs at 8 to 12C.

Tuesday 7/11/17
Probably staying dry to the east and south of the UK with higher pressure here. Low pressure to the west of Ireland with fronts edging eastwards bringing rain into western Scotland and Ireland. Winds increasing in the west too. Highs at 7 to 12C.

Wednesday 8/11/17
Lower pressure may be to the south of the country on Wednesday. This encourages a more easterly wind to developing. Cloud in the east with a few showers, and the risk of some rain in the far south. Probably brighter to the west. Winds 7 to 12C.

Thursday 9/11/17
It may be staying rather cloudy and cool across most of England, Wales and Ireland with some outbreaks of rain. Drier in Scotland and Northern Ireland with some bright or sunny spells. Highs at 8 to 12C.
